The SWANA Beehive chapter will be hosting a community blood drive in Salt Lake City on December 22.
he Christmas season is the best time of year to provide service and give back to the community. I am sure you have all heard about the ever-growing necessity for blood donations, so we felt this was an opportunity for our solid waste community to help those in need.
We are grateful to Wheeler Machinery for offering to host our Holiday Social, with lunch provided by the Beehive Chapter. The chapter is counting on our solid waste friends and community to help us pull off a tremendous Blood Drive. To ensure we meet the minimum requirements, we need a minimum of 20+ people to register to donate and attend.
